Installation Instructions: Simply slide the “larger” open end of the lanyard over the tow hitch cover plug. Then slide the “smaller” open end over the exposed trailer hitch receiver. Push the cover all the way into the hitch receiver until the back of the cover with the attached end of the lanyard is snuggly seated against the receiver.
