Under partnership, CAMI assumes the responsibility for stocking products and fulfilling customer orders, covering all activities from receiving orders, production, customer processing, and shipping logistics. Standard order processing for our direct to consumer products is 48hrs from time of order. For a nominal set up fee, we will create dedicated web page(s) on our website exclusively for showcasing your branded products and (any future collaborations) with Camisasca Automotive Manufacturing Inc. Page(s) to be approved by collaborator.
These web page URLs may then be promoted at your events and across your social media platforms by you and your marketing agents to drive traffic and promote the sale of your products. In exchange, we will share a detailed monthly statement outlining the sale of your products and provide a percentage royalty for each item sold bearing your branded trademarks. Percentage due is calculated based on net sales, not to include shipping and discounts.
Either party may cancel this agreement at will at any time. If so CAMI is required to take down the applicable customer branded product web pages within days of written notification of cancellation, and final payment will be issued just days following. CAMI may maintain a safety stock of your maximum stock quantity. If you cancel the agreement at any time, you are obligated to pay for, and take delivery of this inventory, but no more. And the lesser wholesale pricing would still apply.
Nominal set up fees apply, and the Collaborator must demonstrate ownership or right to use the trademark(s) presented. It is a pleasure for our team to supply your prestigious customer base with our line of quality manufactured products.
